		<description>I still like my idea better. Hold the contract negotiations in public and webcast them. Full transparency. The LTC belongs to us, after all. We shouldn&#039;t have to get a report about who said/offered what from each side and then try to guess who&#039;s &quot;truth&quot; is more accurate.</description>
