		<description>Some great points here. While I agree that blame is mostly useless in complex issues like politics, I don&#039;t know if it&#039;s something we can do entirely without. Blame is a special form of taking responsibility. If it&#039;s channeled in a positive way, it can be a good thing - e.g., if an individual or group is responsible for a mistake and accepts the blame of others for it, there is some encouragement for changing behaviour to avoid making the same mistake again.</description>
